Digital product purchases

Downloadable WordPress themes, plugins, templates, licenses, and software tools are generally non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, activated, or delivered, because digital goods cannot be returned. We may review refund requests for duplicate purchases, failed delivery, or verified technical issues that cannot be resolved by support.

Subscriptions and SaaS plans

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. You may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle. Charges already processed for the active billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specifically agreed in writing.

Custom development and IT services

Fees paid for discovery, planning, design, development, deployment, support, maintenance, consulting, and other professional services are tied to scheduled work and team allocation. Completed milestones and time already spent are not refundable. Any eligible refund for unstarted work is reviewed against the approved scope and agreement.

Support and maintenance plans

Support and maintenance plans cover availability, updates, troubleshooting, monitoring, or assistance during the purchased term. Fees are generally non-refundable after the plan begins, except where a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not available for change of mind, lack of required hosting or third-party compatibility, misuse, unauthorized product modifications, expired licenses, services already delivered, or failure to provide requested access or project information.

How to request a refund

Send refund requests to contact@bytenovo.com with your order number, product or service name, purchase email, payment date, and a clear explanation of the issue. We may request screenshots, access details, or diagnostic information before making a decision.

Review timeline

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the required details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible, and processing times depend on the payment provider or bank.
