Acceptance of terms

By accessing Bytenovo websites, purchasing downloadable software products, using licensed products, subscribing to SaaS solutions, or engaging our IT services, you agree to these terms. If you are using our services for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Products, licenses, and subscriptions

WordPress themes, WordPress plugins, website templates, Laravel applications, SaaS products, and other downloadable tools are provided under the license, plan, or order terms selected at purchase. Licenses, subscriptions, support windows, feature access, updates, and usage limits may vary by product or service package.

Client services

Custom website development, mobile application development, software development, maintenance, digital business tools, and consulting services are delivered according to the approved proposal, scope, timeline, and payment schedule. Changes outside the agreed scope may require revised pricing or delivery dates.

Payments and account responsibility

You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and project information. Fees are due according to the invoice, checkout, subscription, or written agreement. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Bytenovo products or services, attempt unauthorized access, remove license controls, redistribute paid products without permission, upload harmful code, or use our tools for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive activity.

Intellectual property

Bytenovo retains ownership of its pre-existing code, product frameworks, designs, documentation, trademarks, and internal tools. Client-owned content and final deliverables are handled according to the applicable project agreement after required payments are complete.

Support and maintenance

Support is provided through the channels, response expectations, and duration included with your product license, subscription, or service contract. Support does not include third-party hosting outages, incompatible third-party changes, unauthorized modifications, or custom work unless agreed separately.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bytenovo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to that claim.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, service, legal, or operational changes. The latest version posted on this page applies from its effective date.
